Daniel J. Santaniello, Partner received a defense verdict for a motor vehicle accident which occurred on June 17, 2004. Plaintiff alleged she was proceeding west though the green light at the Intersection of Northwest 6th Street and Northwest 2nd Avenue, at which time she was struck by Defendant, Earnest Daniels, who was ticketed for the accident.
