Luks & Santaniello has a strong services team infrastructure to support attorneys working at the law firm - this is especially true for our associates during their formative years. Our programming guides young attorneys through the first three years of practice. During this time of growth and development, associates have reduced billing goals.

The firm offers in-house training programming on a regular and ongoing basis and has a formal Mentoring Program to help guide our junior attorneys through practice. The training curricula addresses topics such as discovery, expert depositions, time limit demands and damages defense strategies and includes an in-house mock trial program to assist attorneys in evaluating risk, damages and trial strategies on existing cases that have a high probability of large exposure or trial.

The firm’s Attorney Mentoring Program helps new associates integrate into the firm and their individual practice areas during their first three years of practice. The Program complements the informal mentoring relationships that organically develop amongst our attorneys. The Attorney Mentoring Program, in conjunction with the firm’s open-door policy and regular in-house training opportunities, provides associates with the teaching and guidance necessary to develop the overall skills that lead to a successful and meaningful legal career at Luks & Santaniello.

The firm also has three dedicated Attorney Compliance Managers that monitor compliance with client case handling and billing guidelines. The Attorney Compliance Managers are service advocates for our attorneys and clients, working with the assigned team and ensuring uniformity in case handling and that protocols are followed.
