MOST EFFECTIVE LAWYERS: The Florida Daily Business Review selects Daniel Santaniello and Paul Jones as finalists for "Most Effective Lawyers"
Daniel Santaniello, Founding Partner; Paul Jones, Orlando Managing Partner and James Waczewski, Tallahassee Managing Attorney were selected as finalists by the Daily Business Review for the 2007 Most Effective Lawyers for their innovation in filiing a Declaratory Judgment Action in multiple Wrongful Death claim in the case of Garcia v. Vanguard Car Rental, Inc., 2007 WL 686625 (March 5, 2007 M.D. Fla.). The strategy bypassed years of litigatin and changed the landscape for rental car company liability in Florida. “The Most Effective Lawyers is a look at the South Florida attorneys who did the most impressive work this year and the cases where they made their mark,” according to the Daily Business Review.
