This seminar (Course ID 77732) will discuss the problems with Letters of Protection (LOP) and how they affect your case; what is needed to defend cases with LOP, how we use them in trial, how we verify that the amounts billed are reasonable and the role CPT codes play in the defense of cases with LOP. The Collateral Source Rule F.S. § 768.76 (2010) and case law will be discussed.
