Biography

Paul Bloomquist, Esq. is a Junior Partner on the Bodily Injury team in the Orlando office. Paul has been practicing law for 38 years. He has defended cases involving auto negligence, premises liability including slip, trip and fall accidents involving transitory foreign substances and construction sites, medical malpractice, construction defects, insurance coverage and contract disputes. He has handled cases from start through appeal, taken thousands of depositions, argued scores of dispositive motions, negotiated settlements, and participated in numerous jury and bench trials in Florida State and Federal Courts.

Paul has a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude from Florida Technological University. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law (1979). Paul is admitted in Florida (1979) and to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. He is also admitted to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal, and to the United States Supreme Court.
