Biography
Samantha J. McNulty, Esq., is an Associate in the Jacksonville office. She focuses her practice on premises liability, general liability, negligent security and commercial litigation matters. Samantha also handles medical malpractice, automobile negligence and first party property cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Samantha worked as an associate attorney handling premises liability, first party property, personal injury, contract disputes, and commercial litigation cases for a defense firm. She also handled medical malpractice matters.
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University (2017). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law (2021). While in law school, Samantha served as a Guardian ad Litem in Pinellas County. She also received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award for completing over one hundred hours of pro bono work during her time at Stetson. Samantha continues to serve as a Guardian ad Litem in Duval County.
Samantha is admitted in Florida (2023).
