Biography
Mike Ortiz Esq., is an Associate in the Tampa office. He focuses his practice on general liability and premises liability matters. Mike also handles first-party property and EPL matters representing employers in connection with claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He has experience defending retail and service establishments in claims brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mike is fluent in Spanish.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University (2009). He obtained a Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law (2012).
