Biography
Julieth A. Monroy, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Miami office. She focuses her practice on general liability, negligent security, automobile negligence, wrongful death, and sexual assault. Throughout her career, Julieth has also counseled domestic and international insurers on insurance coverage matters involving commercial general liability and commercial property claims, time and policy limit demands, and bad faith exposure. She is fluent in Spanish.
In addition to her professional career, Julieth has also dedicated her time to volunteering, representing unaccompanied children in need of legal assistance, through the Cuban American Bar Association.
Julieth earned a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Gulf Coast University (2008). She obtained a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and 3rd in her class(2011). She was invited to speak at the Third District Court of Appeal’s Induction Ceremony in May 2012 after achieving one of the highest scores on the Florida Bar Exam. During law school, Julieth received multiple Book Awards, served as a student instructor for Civil Procedure, was member of the St. Thomas Law Review, the Moot Court Board, Vice-President of the Hispanic American Law Students Association, and a Dean’s Merit Scholar.
Julieth is admitted in Florida (2012). She is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2012).
