Biography
Edgardo Hernandez, Esq., is a Senior Associate in the Stuart office with over 10 years of litigation experience. Edgardo focuses his practice on automobile negligence, trucking liability, premises liability and negligent security matters. He also handles commercial litigation, PIP, insurance coverage, government liability and general liability cases. Edgardo is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to joining the firm, Edgardo operated his own law firm handling automobile negligence and premises liability matters. While running his own practice, he also worked as an Adjunct Professor for Palm Beach State College teaching the Legal and Ethical Environment of Business. During this time Edgardo also worked as a census taker, volunteered as a poll worker, ran for State office, and regularly volunteered around the local community. Due to COVID-19, Edgardo closed the doors to his own firm and went on to work for a national law firm where he litigated automobile negligence, trucking negligence, negligent security, premises liability, general liability, PIP, landlord/tenant and commercial litigation cases.
Edgardo obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida (2008). During undergrad, he founded the Hispanic/Latino Hall of Fame and was awarded the Outstanding Senior Leadership Award from the University of Florida upon Graduation. Edgardo earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (2011). During law school, Edgardo interned with the Honorable Stanford Blake and completed a Certified Legal Internship with the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office.
Edgardo is admitted in Florida (2014).
