Biography
Christopher D. Fletcher, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Boston office. He has tried more than 10 cases to jury verdict. In 2023, Christopher obtained a certificate of completion from the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, California. He focuses his practice representing individuals and companies in catastrophic and high-exposure civil litigation, including class actions, construction liability and product liability cases. Christopher also handles premises liability, medical device, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, trucking liability, automobile negligence, and general liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Christopher worked for a national defense firm handling the defense of class action litigation resulting from the Flint Water Crisis. He spent the first few years of his career handling personal injury and general liability cases. Christopher then worked for a large national defense firm handling their product liability, premises liability, professional malpractice, trucking liability, medical malpractice and construction liability litigation.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts from Quinnipiac University (2006). He obtained a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School (2014).
Chris is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2014). He is also admitted to United States District Court for Massachusetts (2022), the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (2020), and United States Court of Federal Claims (2017).
