Biography
Neel M. Joshi, Esq. is a Senior Associate at the Orlando office. He focuses his practice on general liability, automobile negligence, trucking and premises liability cases. Neel also handles negligent security and first party property matters. He is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and Punjabi, as well as conversational in French.
Prior to joining the firm, Neel worked as an Associate for Florida insurance defense firms, where he gained experience in defending automobile negligence, trucking liability, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security, and first party property litigation.
Neel earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida (2012). While at the University of Florida, Neel was a recipient of a Howard Hughes Medical Institute research grant, to study the effects of deep brain stimulation on Parkinson's Disease Patients. He received a Master of Science degree from Columbia University (2012). Neel obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law (2019), receiving book awards for the highest grades in Patent Law, Trademark Law, and Antitrust Law.
Neel is admitted in Florida (2020) and to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (2020). He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida (2023).
