Biography
Maria Donnelly serves as Client Relationship Officer & Strategic Initiatives at Luks and Santaniello. With more than 43 years of experience in research, analytics, operations, quality assurance, and information technology, she brings a strategic, data-driven perspective to client service and firm innovation.
As a member of the firm's AI Innovation Lab and governing board, Maria collaborates with administrative leadership to develop and implement innovative services, programs, and technology initiatives that strengthen the firm’s infrastructure and advance its strategic capabilities.
Throughout her career, Maria has held positions as Operations Analyst, Research Analyst, Market Intelligence Program Leader, and Focus Group Moderator. Her strong analytical background includes serving as a statistics lab teaching assistant specializing in SPSS-X.
In her role as Client Relationship Officer, Maria serves as a client advocate, working closely with the firm’s Administration team, Attorney Compliance Officers, and Relationship Partners. She provides claims data analysis and strategic insights that help clients and team members in evaluating trends and exposure, and in leveraging data-driven insights.
In 2019, Maria spoke at the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance's (CLM) Litigation Management Symposium on Law Firm Innovation at Loyola University in Chicago. She presented on new tools in claims portfolio management and leveraging data dashboards to support litigation strategy and outcomes.
Maria also plays a key role in communicating the firm’s capabilities and value to clients and prospective clients. In this capacity, she responds to RFPs, develops firm CVs and airport advertising campaigns, serves as co-editor of the firm’s Legal Update publication, oversees administration of the firm’s website, and conceptualizes and proposes conference speaking topics and thought leadership initiatives.
Maria earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude from Boston College. She is a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society.
