Biography
Jeremy B. Fischler, Esq. is a Junior Party in the Fort Lauderdale office. He focuses his practice on first-party property and general liability litigation. Jeremy represents insurers, businesses and homeowners associations through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation and resolution. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for several private practices representing multiple insurance carriers and self-insured businesses in civil litigation matters. Jeremy is committed to providing practical, results-oriented representation and works closely with clients to develop efficient litigation strategies tailored to each matter.
Jeremy has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Jewish Studies from Emory University (2010). He obtained his Juris Doctor from George Washington University. While attending law school, Jeremy was a student attorney for the Family Justice Litigation Clinic on behalf of victims of domestic violence at George Washington University. He gained invaluable experience working as a law clerk for the Maryland Office of the Public Defender. Jeremy also worked as a judicial intern for the DC Superior Court-Felony Branch.
Jeremy is admitted in Florida (2013). He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2013).
