Centauri stemmed from a homeowner’s claim for water damage from a plumbing loss.The Plaintiff a third party vendor performed water mitigation as a result of a plumbing leak at the insured’s Property pursuant to an assignment of benefits.  The policy contained a Water Damage Exclusion Endorsement that excluded coverage for damages caused by plumbing leaks.
