Doreen Lasch, Junior Partner of Luks, Santaniello, Petrillo & Jones obtained a Dismissal with Prejudice in the case styled Keith Lampkin (Appellant) v. Terron Edwards (Appellee).  The Fourth District Court of Appeal upheld the dismissal with prejudice of a lawsuit against our client who was operating a truck in which plaintiff was a passenger and who was also a co-employee of the plaintiff.
