On November 26, 2014, the Fourth District Court affirmed the judgment in condominium association’s favor in the case styled Brown v. Pipers Cay Condominium Association, Inc.   Appellate Junior Partner Doreen Lasch handled the appeal and Dan Santaniello and Marc Greenberg represented the defendant in the trial court proceedings.  Minor plaintiff and his mother were tenants residing in a condominium development.
