Rosana Corp, Edgardo Ferreyra, Jr. and Shana Nogues received an opinion from the Third District Court of Appeal affirming Judge Cueto’s Order striking Plaintiff’s pleadings for fraud on the Court and reversing the trial court’s finding that the “legal representatives” in the release attached to the Proposal for Settlement filed by Defendant was ambiguous.
