First Party Property

The firm represents insurance carriers and public entities for first-party litigation arising from claims submitted under homeowners and commercial property policies. We routinely conduct examinations under oath, file declaratory actions and defend cases alleging breach of contract. We also have an appellate division to provide ground support on key Daubert and substantive motions. The team is dedicated solely to defending these types of claims, including wind, fire, roof, foundation, water and other types of related claims. We also use a dedicated trial team to reach lay persons and jurors on these critical issues due to the exposure to attorney's fees our clients face for even the smallest claims.
