Stuart Senior Partner Chris Moore, Esq., obtained a dismissal of the UM carrier in the matter styled UM Claimant v. Co-defendant Alleged Tortfeasor and UM Carrier (Client). Plaintiff filed a suit for UM benefits arising out of an alleged red light violation turn accident against an out of country alleged tortfeasor. Our UM carrier client was served and we were able to locate the alleged tortfeasor in Canada and discovered they had significant liability limits.
