Biography

Lucas Gargaglione, Esq., is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Miami office. Lucas focuses his practice in general liability, negligent security, premises liability, trucking and automobile liability matters. He also handles wrongful death, liquor liability, product liability and roadway construction cases. Lucas is fluent in Spanish.

Prior to joining the firm, Lucas was at a national insurance defense firm where he represented corporate and individual clients in general civil litigation. He also worked on commercial litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, maritime litigation, medical malpractice, and property insurance claims.

Lucas earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami (2014). He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (2017), where he was on the Dean’s List. While in law school, Lucas was an active member of the International Moot Court Program competing in multiple competitions over the span of two years.

Lucas is admitted in Florida (2017). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2017).
