Trucking Liability

The Trucking Liability practice group defends a broad range of clients throughout the transportation industry including national and regional trucking companies as well as local, national and international self-insured owner/operators and carriers. We handle all types of accidents, including catastrophic, wrongful death and environmental or property damage claims to verdict. Our team is adept in the intrastate and interstate Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations as well as the variety of coverage and apportionment issues that arise in these complex claims. The Rapid Response team is available 24 hour per day and trained to counsel drivers at the scene, coordinate onsite preservation of evidence to identify points of impact, speeds, Delta V, braking, lighting and event data recorder information on all vehicles involved in the incident. Key team members are active members of TIDA (Trucking Insurance Defense Association).
