The firm represents standard and non-standard insurance carriers and their insureds in the defense of Personal Injury Protection, Un/Under Insured Motorist, Property Damage and Med-Pay claims. Members of our PIP Team have a strong reputation representing substantial case-loads on behalf of major carriers, small carriers and self-insureds. Our PIP team has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, attended hearings state wide from simple motions to compel to final fee hearings and everything in between. We also have a Daubert team which helps us vet our experts as well as attempt to get the other side’s experts stricken. The PIP team has also tried cases to verdict when necessary and our in house Appellate division in south, central and northern Florida handles PIP Appeals and critical pre-trial and substantive motions.
