Biography
Katina M. Hardee, Esq., is a Senior Partner in the Boca Raton office with over 20 years of litigation experience. She focuses her practice on automobile negligence, commercial litigation, general liability, premises liability and negligent security matters. Katina also handles construction defect, home owners association, condominiums association, maritime and trucking liability cases.
Katina has defended some of the nation’s most renowned consumer brands, retailers, property owners and managers of single-family, multifamily, and HUD properties. Katina also represents residential and commercial landlords in landlord-tenant disputes including 3-day and 7-day notices, fair housing complaints, code enforcement issues, and ensuring compliance with the Florida Building Code.
Katina earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Florida (2000). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, graduating cum laude (2005). While in law school, Katina was on law review and a member of the Moot Court where she was a Quarter Finalist in the 2003 Copeland, Cook, Taylor and Bush Moot Court Competition.
Katina is admitted in Florida (2005) and Mississippi (2017). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern (2012), Middle (2012) and Southern (2012) Districts of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern (2017) and Southern (2017) Districts of Mississippi. Katina is further admitted to the Mississippi Supreme Court (2017), the United States Circuit Court of Appeal for the Eleventh (2017) and Fifth (2017) Circuits.
