The firm has defended all types of construction claims brought by or against owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, suppliers, manufacturers and design professionals. We provide representation to clients in heavy construction and clients engaged in general building construction including industrial, commercial and residential structures.

We have substantial experience representing claims arising from allegations of defective and negligent design and defective products supplied to construction projects and defective design/construction defects that cause catastrophic failure or environmental concerns. Many cases include roofing failures, foundation failure, window and water intrusion, mold and moisture problems, facia and stucco failures, retention pond and drainage issues, parking lot and life, health safety systems. We also represent clients facing claims of personal injury during the construction process.

The firm has defended numerous matters involving roadway construction sites and commercial structures with a wide range of medical claims, fatalities and/or complex commercial litigation issues involving multiple parties and insurance coverage claims. We are adept in advising clients on settlement value and exposure and employ risk analyses to assess litigation outcomes and determine an appropriate case strategy that may mitigate risk and costs and maximize clients’ chance of prevailing.
