The Roadway Design practice handles claims involving allegations of negligence in road design, construction, maintenance of traffic, signalization, work zone traffic control, guardrail installation, and numerous other transportation issues.
Our team is adept in MOT/TCP, MUTCD, FDOT Standard and AASHTO indexes as well as Green Book and other standards. We work with licensed professionals in highway design, traffic control safety, surveying, human factors, uniform traffic control devices and roadway maintenance. Many of our clients are owners, prime and sub contractors and architects and engineers of record for highway, bridge and other road related construction. Many of our claims involve allegations of violations of these standards, including inadequate signage, MOT, tapers and lightning.
